APMS Engineering provide a quality supervised crew to execute work while you take ownership for scope development, project management and work pack control.
APMS Engineering take ownership for execution of planned work. Our Supervisors are onsite prior to crew mobilisation to review work packs and job planning before execution of works, and stay onsite for post-project reporting requirements.
APMS Engineering take ownership for Project Management as well as execution of the works. This involves a detailed planning and preparation phase prior to execution by either our Superintendent or Project Manager – depending on the complexity of the works.
APMS Engineering provide complete service delivery covering all aspects of the works. This includes full scope development, planning and preparation, as well as work pack control and execution by our fully supervised work crews. This option can be provided as either turnkey accountability or as an integrated planning team.
