Scope of Work
3 x New Titanium Gr 2 Condensers required for a gold refining process expansion project. APMS were requested to prepare detailed workshop drawings (AutoCAD), procure materials, fabricate, NDT, hydrotest, pack and deliver to Perth Mint.
Full MDR with 100% material and weld traceability.
Project Resourcing
ASME VIII / TEMA ‘R’
Specialist welders qualified to undertake Titanium ASME IX weld procedures.
The thin material required exacting fabrication methodology to prevent distortion burn-through.
